  • In the master bedroom, look out onto the ocean while resting in bed and lounge on your own private deck.
  • Enjoy early morning coffee on the private master bedroom balcony overlooking Ditliff Point and the Caribbean Sea.
  • Each of the three spacious bedrooms at Andante By The Sea are air-conditioned and each has a private bath ensuite.
  • The master bath boasts his and her sinks and beautiful tile work.
  • On the upper level with the main house, the spacious West bedroom has a private balcony too.
  • This bath with a large stone shower and skylight is adjacent to the West bedroom.
  • Located mid-way between the upper and lower living levels, you'll find the spa deck with a refreshing swimming pool and jacuzzi too.
  • The pool and spa are a welcome place to relax with a late afternoon drink while lounging in the guest robes provided for your use at the villa. The pool is 10' X 20' and is 4 f.t deep at the shallow end and 5 ft. deep at the deep end.
  • Andante’s third bedroom is accessed externally. It features two twin beds that can be converted into a king bed in a snap! While a little smaller than the upper bedrooms, the third bedroom offers fantastic privacy and glorious vistas of the bay directly below. In addition, guests staying here...

Andante By The Sea is a waterfront villa with a pool and spa overlooking Hart Bay and the South Shore of St. John and the Caribbean Sea. Two of the three bedrooms have inside access to the kitchen and living areas and there is air conditioning in all the bedrooms. A short hiking path starts at the lower deck area and takes you down to the beach and surf at Hart Bay in minutes!

Both Sunrise and Sunset views! This popular villa WILL rent more than 12 months out - just ask.

    We loved the ocean views, the path to the beach, the pool, hot tub and deck. The house itself was very open and comfortable. Had a little problem with the wifi, but once we got it rebooted, it was fine.

    Andante by the Sea is a spectacular home, with amazing views! The location, allowing for both sunrise and sunset views, can't be beat. We cooked at home many evenings, as we couldn't imagine a better atmosphere anywhere else!! The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed, and we didn't want for anything for our trips to the beaches for snorkeling and sight-seeing. We were so thankful for the extra snorkel equipment on-hand, as we had issues with some of the personal gear we had brought. The Viva Vacations staff were very helpful and took good care of us, before and during our stay. We would highly recommend Andante!!

    Our sump pump flooded but we called the manager and they had someone out to fix it. Bedroom on bottom floor is less desirable than other two in house as they got accidentally locked out a time or two and were caught in the rain trying to come from bedroom to main house.

    Andante by the sea delivers a wonderful experience from high atop the Harts Bay southern side of beautiful STJ. Sunrise and sunsets are nothing short of spectacular. The up keep of this villa is fantastic. Everything works! and with all this villa has to offer that is commendable. The location is very nice in the fact that you enjoy a nice southerly breeze that helps keep the insects at bay. Snorkeling in Hart bay is awesome, stingrays, sea urchins, many types of tropical fish and big corals are the recipe for a beautiful bay. This is our 3rd different villa and we will definately be looking forward to a return visit to Andante in 2011

    Andante by the Sea is the 5th villa in which I have stayed on St. John over the past 20 years. It met and even exceeded my expectations. The unobstructed views were better than any other I've had.

    The house was beautifully appointed and had every ammenity I could possible want. The location made trips to the northside beaches an easy morning event. With afternoons napping by the pool and evenings melting away in the hot tub, we coudn't have asked for a more relaxing vacation.

    I would definitely return to Andante!
