  • Your entrance to paradise-a charming hand crafted gate takes you to St. John Passion. The stone garden steps are bordered with the brilliant colors of the Caribbean: hibiscus, oleander and bougainvillea.
  • The open-air living room faces wall-to-wall sliding glass doors that show off the ocean directly in front of you. This bright and cheery room is comfortable and casual.
  • The garden wallscape lines the steps to the front gate in this wide-open space. With no 4th back wall - this open air home provides true island living.
  • An entertainment center with flat screen TV, VCR and stereo is housed in a locking armoire.
  • To your left is the main level bedroom wing. The closest bathroom has both exterior and interior doors for easy access from the living room as well as the adjoining bedroom.
  • To the other side of the living room is the cooking and utility wing where the guest laundry is located. Here an outside bench provides a quiet place to relax while cooking out on the gas grill.
  • The cottage style eat-in kitchen is fully enclosed and equipped to cook every meal.
  • The indoor dining table comfortably seats six. Beyond sliding glass doors on two sides, the Caribbean Sea provides a serene backdrop.
  • There's outside dining too, on both covered and uncovered areas of the deck right next to the kitchen. The teak table has a removable leaf to easily adjust to your needs.
  • Outdoor living is an art form at St. John Passion where there are huge decks on both levels of the villa.
  • A sunken Jacuzzi awaits you on the main deck directly in front of the bedroom wing. There's ample seating and lighting for nighttime parties.
  • The breathtaking Caribbean Sea views from almost everywhere at St. John Passion is enough to make you want to stay forever.
  • The master bedroom suite is just steps away with its king-sized bed. Both main level bedrooms have air conditioning and ceiling fans too.
  • Both bedrooms have sliding glass doors with fabulous views of Rendezvous Bay and the Caribbean beyond.
  • The second bedroom on the main level also has gorgeous views, an ensuite bathroom, and is accessed from either the spa deck or the open-air garden walkway.
  • When set up as two twin beds, it's great for families with older children.
  • St. John Passion's lower level has a huge pool deck, an oval fiberglass pool and plenty of seating.
  • All three bathrooms at St. John Passion are tastefully decorated. The one adjacent to the poolside bedroom has an exterior door directly from the shower for easy pool access.
  • This poolside bedroom on the first floor faces sliding doors and windows providing through breezes. The bed is positioned to take advantage of the gorgeous views of Rendezvous Bay!
  • This poolside bedroom suite is light and colorful with a queen-sized bed.

    Lovely visit and enjoyed the house very much. The problem witht the hot tub was responded to quickly and fixed, though there needs to be a better way to regulate the temperature on it. The housekeeper came down the stairs but did not stay to tidy up, but we are pretty tidy ourselves! Loves the dipping pool and staff werenverynfriendly and helpful.

    We had a fantastic time on the island. It's the most beautiful place I have visited. The villa is great. I don't want to say any more as I want to go back and I don't want too many people knowing how great the island and the villa are in case they go there and disturb the peace.

    Excellent location with a great view and close to Cruz Bay. The villa had a real island feel and all the amenities you could need. The management company and greeter were excellent and checked in with us several times during our stay. Would definitely stay here again!

    We had a number of problems with the water and water heater which affected the quality of our stay. The problems were addressed promptly - eventually requiring a new water heater - by the maintenance company but caused a bit of aggravation. This is an older property in a beautiful location and a good value if no problems.

We do apologize for the inconveniences you had with the water heater at the villa and understand wholeheartedly that this affected the quality of your stay. Its unfortunate that these things cannot be predicted and that we did not realize you had any issues until after your stay. However, as you stated above, a new heater was purchased and installed. We were also happy to speak to the owners and Management Company (Cimmaron) on your behalf. St. John Passion remains a great home, with an exceptional view-the homeowners have invested lots of time and effort in making sure that the home is kept up to date and that the amenities at the villa are up to standards. Moreover, they care about your experience at the villa-we all do! We are pleased to say that all of the problems were addressed: the water heater was fixed while you were there, a new pop-up cover for the wastebasket was purchased and the property managers are in process of repairing the glass top table that you broke while at the villa. We hope that you enjoyed the wonderful beaches, scenery and island-life and look forward to the opportunity of being your hosts in the future. The VIVA Team

    Hot tub heater was replaced the first night...great...but was not able to be regulated so water was scalding....bad...the only negative to my entire trip...and more than likely if I had made a fuss it would have been taken care of. I have stayed at SJP before and I will be back next year, it is easy to get to town and back, the view is breathtaking, and the Cimarron people are the easiest to deal with and very responsive to your needs.
