  • ...newly completed in 2005, Villa Paulette will dazzle you with its convenience and charm.
  • The villa is well equipped to serve your needs and more. The main level features the Great Room with two bedrooms and two baths on either side. There is also a separate office (containing a computer, fax, and printer for your use) with a futon for extra sleeping space and an adjacent powder room. Who could ask for more!
  • Relax in one of the plush sofas in the Great Room to watch television on the 36" Sony TV with Surround Sound or choose from one of the many movies available.
  • The deluxe Italian gourmet kitchen on the main level has granite countertops. This kitchen is a chef's dream come true-with all the amenities one could imagine...even an espresso maker, bread machine and wine cooler.
  • With not one but two dining areas...Paulette offers various choices for the simple to eclectic guest.
  • There are 4 bedrooms on the upper level and two on the lower level. Each bedroom is unique unto itself.
  • The large bathrooms all feature marbled tile work.
  • All of the bedrooms at Paulette are equipped with a flat-screen TV for catching up on the news or relaxing with your favorite show.
  • The 2-person jacuzzi is situated in its own elevated marbled nook in the hallway.
  • The fourth bedroom has a florid flair, a king bed, and adjoining bathroom.
  • The third bedroom is beautifully decorated with its whimsical sleigh bed and attractive artwork.
  • Outside on the covered patio area you can just sit and enjoy the cool tropical breezes or you may choose to dine alfresco.
  • A huge deck gives you plenty of space to lounge around the pool...or take a short walk down the road to Fish Bay beach for snorkeling.
  • Loaded with toys for the pool, Villa Paulette will keep everyone entertained.
  • Twin curved staircases lead down to Paulette's sunny pool deck, set right above the green lawn and gardens.
  • Also on this lower level is a smaller, but complete, kitchen.
  • With not one, but two living areas, there's plenty of space to relax and enjoy your peaceful vacation. The lower sitting area is complete with cable TV and DVD/VCR player.
  • The fully air conditioned exercise area is equipped with a Weider Platinum XP800 Bowflex Machine, a Weslo Cadence 7 Treadmill, and a Spin Bike.
  • Two exterior entries near the pool area lead to Paulette's two lower suites which both contain a queen bed.
  • Each bedroom is delightfully air conditioned for a restful night’s sleep after a full day of St. John fun!
  • From palms trees that gently sway in the breezes to colorful, fragrant flowers that delight your senses...Villa Paulette has it all!
