  • The entertainment center is fully stocked with TV/VCR, cable TV and a CD player. Off of the great room, there is an additional entertainment room/den with a pullout sofa and an additional TV.

  • Take a refreshing swim in your private pool after returning home from touring our National Park beaches. Relax on the comfortable lounge chairs and enjoy a tropical drink poolside.   • This air-conditioned bedroom boasts high ceilings, oriental carpets, a queen sized sleigh bed, warm relaxing colors and mountain views.
  • The master bedroom with high ceilings is located on the on the upper level of Island Manor. The Caribbean style-four poster king sized has a hand carved swirling pineapple design. This large bedroom has it's own entry parlor with a lounger and television. In addition the private deck overlooks the ocean.

  • Enjoy the retreat of this quiet bedroom away from the rest of your group. This queen sized four-poster bed faces the ocean view.......

  • On the lower level, this queen sized sleigh bed faces the covered porch. You have direct access to the pool from this warm tropical bedroom.

Island Manor is a four bedroom, four and a half bath villa with a pool and gazebo set amongst tropical plants and fruit trees. Upscale furnishings, yet a casual relaxed atmosphere, make Island Manor a great spot for honeymooners and families. The bedrooms are all on different floors of the home to maximze privacy.

Island Manor overlooks the wildlife refuge of Chocolate Hole pond and scenic Hart Bay-where you can watch the sea gulls in flight and the ocean waves crashing on the shoreline. Chocolate Hole beach is a short walk away.

The property also conveniently located just a few minutes drive from the Cruz Bay ferry dock and is easily accessed via paved roads to the driveway.

In-season 2013: 1/5-4/5/13 $4400/1-4; $150 per week for each additional guest
Thanksgiving Week: 11/17-11/23/12; 11/22-11/29/13 $4190/1-8 guests plus $150 per person/week for each additional guest.
Christmas/New Year's: 12/15/12-1/4/13; $7300/1-8 guests; $200 per week for each additional guest

    Excellent stay, centrally located to Cruze Bay. The house is fantastic with a great view of the ocean. Pool was clean and wild life was great to watch.

    There was nothing not to love about the villa. The housekeepers worked so hard and very late due to the condition from the previous renters. I hope they were pleased with the condition we left it in. We laundered all the beach towels, stripped the beds, and brought all the linens, etc to the laundry room. It was in "swept" condition since we did not have a vacuum cleaner. We would highly recommend Viva rental agency-the staff was great-very efficient. Hopefully, we will return to St. John again.
