  • Additional amenities include: a 6 – burner stainless steel professional Blue Star range- as featured in The Next Iron Chef, KitchenAid refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and custom mahogany cabinetry with hand carved details.
  • The living area of the Great Room shares space with elegant indoor dining; large custom-made mahogany double doors with screens open out to an arced terrace bordered by bronze railings.
  • Bronze balconies, Tuscan columns, and hand-laid stone work...intricate details are around every corner.
  • Right off of the kitchen/Great Room area is the master bedroom. This air-conditioned king bedroom/bath suite features an alfresco shower, balcony with commanding views, LCD TV, and plenty of cool island breezes.

  • Below the main, an interior staircase in the main house leads down to the second king suite. The bedroom suite is approximately 380 sq. feet if interior space.   • 32 inch flat screen LCD televisions are featured in each bedroom.
  • The main pavilion is wonderfully designed so that covered walkways and verandahs easily link all rooms to the pool deck.

  • Andara's swimming pool is an infinity edge salt water pool with full width steps for ease of entry, integral bench seating and a waterfall. The depth begins at 3ft and gradually slopes to a maximum depth of 5.5 ft.

    Andara is perfection, we could not think of a thing to change. Pictures just do not do this place justice. When you first stand at the top of the driveway it's hard to breathe. The panoramic view cannot be put on film. The quality of everything in the home was top notch down to the Tommy Bahama beach chairs with backpack straps. Everything was so well thought out with the quality of our experience at the bottom line. We know the island very well and knew exactly where this home was located but we want new people to understand how far this villa is away from town. It is a 40 minute drive on winding roads at night. This did not bother us one bit but we feel this may be a surprise to others less experienced in St.John travel. Coral Bay has wonderful restaurants so we went to Cruz Bay just three nights.
    All in all we had a fabulous time and would recommend Andara 100%. Thanks to Viva, they were very professional and great to work with.

    The photographs online looked great before we booked, but they definitely don't do the villa justice in person! The place is a trek from Cruz Bay, but extremely private (exactly what we were hoping for). We definitely found plenty of use for our 4WD vehicle
    and Off Bug Spray, but outside of that we could not have asked for a better place to spend the last week of our honeymoon. WHEN we return to St. John, we certainly would love to stay at Andara Villa again!

    Andara Villa is an exceptional property with breathtaking views, a great open, large layout and every amenity you can imagine! Our family had a great time in the pool and hot tub every day and really enjoyed the very large family room and kitchen. St. John is incredible by itself but staying at Andara made it even more enjoyable and relaxing. Viva did a great job taking care of us – getting us to the home and reviewing how to find and use everything that we might need.
