The granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances are sleek and modern. Picture yourself here having a relaxing meal with your loved ones.
  • The large great room features ceramic tile floors, comfortable rattan furniture and Caribbean artwork. The entertainment center is fully stocked with TV/VCR, cable TV and a CD player.
  • The dining table comfortably seats eight with the nearby extender. Open the French doors to enjoy the wonderful ocean breezes or relax in air-conditioned comfort. Step out onto the large covered deck and read your favorite book while overlooking the pool and gazebo area.

  • Relax on the comfortable lounge chairs enjoying a tropical drink poolside or take a refreshing swim in your 20 X 18 foot private pool after returning home from touring our National Park beaches-your opportunities are endless!
  • Stepping-stones take you through this flat, grassy yard to the pool/deck/gazebo area for more relaxation!
  • Just off the great room, is the den which features a pullout sofa for additional guests as well as an extra television.
  • Wake up to the sunrise in the morning but don’t worry if you’re a late sleeper, all of the windows and doors feature shades to keep the sunlight out…or if you prefer, to let the sunlight in…
  • The master suite entry is located beyond its own private entry parlor.
  • The master bedroom with its high vaulted ceilings is located on the upper level of Island Manor. The Caribbean style-four poster king sized bed has a hand carved swirling pineapple design typical of the original Estate houses.
  • This spacious air-conditioned bedroom has it's own canopy bed, television and in suite bathroom with shower. The bedroom boasts high ceilings, oriental carpets, warm soothing colors and mountain and ocean views. Its private deck has vistas of Hart Bay...and beyond!

  • Enjoy the retreat of this quiet bedroom away from the rest of your group. This queen sized four-poster bed faces the ocean view. It, like each other bedroom suite at Island Manor is located on its own private level in the house and features its own private in suite bathroom and balcony.

  • The bathrooms at Island Manor feature custom designed heavy wooden sink vanities, walk-in showers and a wonderful soothing décor. Plush towels and toiletries are provided for every guest.
  • The third bedroom suite at Island Manor also features a queen four poster bed. It features colors in hues of coral, burnt oranges, lime and beige…reminiscent of the colors of our warm tropical sun.
  • This bedroom suite, like all others at Island Manor has its own private balcony and in suite bathroom.
  • There are plenty of outdoor decks at Island Manor for lounging, nature watching across the bay of the nearby wetlands or just for enjoying the afternoon breeze.
  • On the lower level, this queen sized sleigh bed faces the covered porch. Guests have direct access to the pool from this warm tropical bedroom.
  • The fourth bathroom has a hand carved his/hers double vanity, large closets and walk-in shower. Tasteful furniture and lighting are located throughout the Manor.

Island Manor is a four bedroom, four and a half bath villa with a pool and gazebo set amongst tropical plants and fruit trees. Upscale furnishings, yet a casual relaxed atmosphere, make Island Manor a great spot for honeymooners and families. The bedrooms are all on different floors of the home to maximze privacy.

Island Manor overlooks the wildlife refuge of Chocolate Hole pond and scenic Hart Bay-where you can watch the sea gulls in flight and the ocean waves crashing on the shoreline. Chocolate Hole beach is a short walk away.

The property also conveniently located just a few minutes drive from the Cruz Bay ferry dock and is easily accessed via paved roads to the driveway.

Off-season 2013: 4/6-11/22/13; 11/30-12/20/13; $2450/1-2 guests, $2850/3-4 guests, $3250/5-6 guests, $3650/7-8 guests, $125 per week for each additional guest
Thanksgiving Week: 11/22-11/29/13, 11/22-11/28/14; $3650/1-8 guests plus $150 per person/week for each additional guest.
Christmas/New Year's: 12/21-1/3/14; $7300/1-8 guests; $200 per week for each additional guest
In-season 2014: 1/4- 4/11/14; $3950/1-2 guests, $4400/3-4 guests, $4850/5-6 guests, $5300/7-8 guests, $125 per week for each additional guest
President's Week : 2/15-2/21/14; In-season rates apply!

    Excellent stay, centrally located to Cruze Bay. The house is fantastic with a great view of the ocean. Pool was clean and wild life was great to watch.

    There was nothing not to love about the villa. The housekeepers worked so hard and very late due to the condition from the previous renters. I hope they were pleased with the condition we left it in. We laundered all the beach towels, stripped the beds, and brought all the linens, etc to the laundry room. It was in "swept" condition since we did not have a vacuum cleaner. We would highly recommend Viva rental agency-the staff was great-very efficient. Hopefully, we will return to St. John again.
