For most properties our friendly team of Greeters will meet you on the St. John Ferry dock or other pre-arranged location and welcome to the island, assist you in securing your rental vehicle, lead you to your rental home and once there, give you an orientation. All of this is gratis, of course. But that's just the beginning.
There are many ways to relax, rejeuvenate and pamper yourself on the island and VIVA can faciliate most of these directly for you free of charge. Whether you want ot pamper your body, your mind or your soul - the solution is at your fingertips when you book with VIVA Villas whether you book these ahead of time or when you are on-island.
Provisioning
Prior to your arrival, you can have your refrigerator pre-filled with your favorites whether you want wholesome foods for special dietary needs or a fridge full of your favorite beer! Chefs/Catering
For guests expecting their arrival day to be a long travel day, consider having pre-prepared meals dropped of and ready for you upon arrival.
If you prefer one-on-one service, you can have an on-site chef prepare your meal for you in person. Some guests like this idea so much they book a chef for their entire visit!
Whether you want an upscale barbeque at the beach without any of the fuss associated with setups/cleanups, or a romantic 5-course dinner under the stars, we have the right chef for you. Car Rentals
Everyone who stays on St. John for more than one night should rent a vehicle. There is simply no better way to enjoy the diversity of our island than taking a leisurely drive in the country and enjoying the views from almost every direction. While our island is small, it is mountainous and rugged in spots and it can be difficult to get around without a rental vehicle.
We are often asked if a 4-wheel drive vehicle is necessary. While it may not be necessary, depending on your villa location, keep in mind that 
car rental companies on St. John ONLY rent wheel drive vehicles - and for good reason. It is the safest, most practical way to go.
Your island Greeter (most properties) can give you suggested driving tours on the island - don't be surprised if you fall in love with every square mile while you enjoy the beauty all around you. At VIVA! Villas, we make renting a vehicle very simple, fast and easy. So, let us do the leg work.

Each Celebrations Package starts with a bottle of wine (or sparkling non-alchoholic beverage) and a hand written card. Birthday Celebration Packages also include the party - party noise-makers, a stick balloon, and a candle in the shape of a birthday cake - perfect for making that one special birthday wish. Each Anniversary, Birthday or other Celebrations Package is then customized to include any special gift you would like. We will even gift wrap it, of course!
