as well as a printer are provided for your convenience. A 20” flat screen satellite TV, fax machine, and Sony Play Station are conveniently found in a corner cabinet.
The gourmet kitchen contains state of the art appliances including a gas cooktop, double ovens, refrigerator, dishwasher, garbage disposal, separate refrigerator drawers for drinks, and an ice maker.
A minimum 7-night villa rental is required during the High Season and 5 nights during the Low Season. A 10- night minimum villa rental is required during the Xmas/New Year's Holiday Seasons.

Cruz Bay is the charming town on the west side of St. John where the ferry arrives, with many restaurants, shops, galleries, excursion companies, etc. The South Shore area extends to Reef Bay, passing Great Cruz Bay, Chocolate Hole, Rendezvous Bay & Fish Bay along the way. It is home to the Westin Resort & both sandy/coral locals beaches.
