  This was our first time to St. John and I would go back tomorrow if I could. The house was incredible. The views were amazing. The people on the island are very friendly and laid back - the whole vacation was all, and more, than we could have ever expected!

  This property was amazing and we loved every minute of it! The roads getting to the villa took some getting used to, but there isn't much that can be done about that!!

  Thank you for your feedback. Yes, our roads are narrower and much steaper that you may be accustomed to. Fortunately,they are paved all the way to the villa and additional improvements are in the works for the island on a whole. Please return soon!

  Villa Rendezvous is awesome. This spacious home was perfect for us, our two children and each of their families. Bedrooms are very spacious. We enjoyed the relative privacy offered on the Monte/Klein Bay area. Views are spectacular; client service provided through VIVA Villas and their management company was superb. Only downside to us were the circular staircases, which, while fuctional, were a bit cumbersome. However, the outside stairs were a very acceptable/accessible alternative. We would heartily recommend this villa, with no reservations.

  Thank you so much for your feedback! You're correct! There are interior spiral staircases on each side of the great room AND exterior staircases on each side of the villa. The owners wanted to make sure that there were different options available for accessing the lower bedrooms. We're happy that you enjoyed your visit and look forward to your return stay with us!

  A great time on our favorite escape vacation island.

  We have only the highest praise for VIVA and for Cimmeron properties. We could not have asked for better service. We also loved the house, and the Rendezvous Bay area is our favorite. We were somewhat dissapointed, however, in the dishes, the glassware and the cookware in the beautifully laid out kitchen. We also felt the matresses needed to be upgraded, and that, with a 2 week rental, a mid stay cleaning should have been included( we had to arrange and pay for this ourselves). None of this, however, would deter us from using VIVA, Cimmeron or Villa Rendezvous again. We typically visit St. John at least twice a year, usually for 2 weeks, so VIVA will hear from us again.

We agree that the Rendezvous Bay Area is spectacular-horizon to infinity views... where land meets sea in an astounding embrace...its picture perfect! We did inform the owners of your disappointment regarding a mid stay cleaning and we're happy to extend their off of a complementary cleaning for your next visit! We hope you return to St. John soon...we're honored to have had you as our guests! The VIVA Team!

  This was a perfect home for our vacation to St. John. The home's first floor layout was unbeleivable - You felt like you were outside when you were in the living room. The home was tastefully decorated. Kitchen was great. Enjoy!!
