Thanks for your feedback. Blue Heaven just has a hot tub as well as a/c in the bedrooms only as its description and photos depict. Normally, the breezes off Ditleff Point cool the greatroom nicely... Summer is approaching quickly and we do agree that having a fully a/c'd home would make it much cooler.
We have stayed at this villa 3-4 times in last 5-6 years. It is in a great location and very reasonably priced. Confirming the report of an earlier guest, the living room furniture needs attention. The elastic supports for the sofa and chairs have reached their useful life and have been stretched to their limit. This causes a person of 150 lbs to sink right through so one is constantly trying to rearrange the straps for support. Also, the first part of the road leading to the villa is getting extremely rough and close to a whiplash experience. We are used to it but some gravel might be added if the other property owners on the road agree to participate.
Hi Jerome, Thanks for your feedback! Blue Heaven continues to have some of the best views here on St. John. We did inform the owners about the chairs and they have fixed the strap issue along with adding more gravel to the road.
management was incredibly helpful and available. everything worked and it was very clean. you might want to add another slat or two to the sofa which sort of left you sitting on the floor. oh yeah, the driveway was challenging but then again it is st. john.. i would definitely rent it again.

Housekeeping was outstanding, maintenance person responded within an hour to an issue regarding a flakey propane valve. The property does have a few infrastructure issues, for instance the grill needs three new burners, and the propane valve mentioned above. But overall, a great week. Thanks for the beautiful weather.

The only negative about the house was that the oven didn't work. I didn't contact maintenance because I didn't realize it until the last day.

We love this villa and St.John. Everyone at Viva has been helpful.
We decided to stretch out this year and rent an actual secluded hillside villa and BHR was everything that we hoped it would be. Clean, airy, comfortable, cool, and the view was awesome.
2d stay at this property. Great location. Very quiet with a outstanding view. Few deficiencies from last visit had been fixed. Would recommend
