Enjoyed Eaglesnest and highly recommend the villa. Great views, convenient location and very good amenities. The Villa is comfortable and well equipped. All we had to bring was our bathing suits and snorkel gear! Also appreciate Viva Villas. Their website is one of the best. They were easy to work with and provided helpful information which made our trip easier and more enjoyable.
If we return to St John, we will return to Eaglesnest. The house is very well-situated: close to Cruz Bay so it's easy to get to restaurants and grocery stores, but it feels far away. The view is gorgeous and the outdoor space is superb. The decor in the indoor space feels a bit dated, but who cares? The situation is fantastic and the layout works very well -- central kitchen and great room with bedrooms on either side. Worked perfectly for our family of four with children ages 3 & 5. Viva was also great. Highly recommend.

The only negative comment would be that the pool was cloudy almost the entire time we were down there.

This was our second stay at Eaglesnest and probably won't be our last...need I say more? It is a very clean and comfortable. It has spectacular views and is very convienent to town.
We had a wonderful vacation. Eaglesnest worked out great for our trip. I thought I read that the lower bedrwoom had a mini fridge and microwave and it did not. We had to make some changes to who was sleeping were because of that but everything else was great. I would def, stay here again. Great value, this isn't a new home but it is in good condition. The view is priceless.
While the property has never had these added amenities in the lower bedroom, they are worth considering. We will pass along your suggestions to the owners!
This home was perfect for our family.It had a beautiful(warm) pool. Views were amazing! Great location to town. Home was fully stocked! Viva Villa agents were the best I have ever delt with.. warm/friendly/always available. Loved having the car port for the days it rained! Cleaning service was included (once a week - this was wonderful!!) The ONLY reason I did not rate the general condition a 5 was because the living area was a little small - furniture was rather outdated and there were bar stools at the kitchen counter that you could not use b/c they were too small. However the dining area had a very large table with comfortable chairs. The 2 large decks made up for the small living area - as we spent most time outside enjoying the pool or breath taking views!! It was nice to have wireless internet access too! Bedrooms were air conditioned & house had plenty of ceiling fans. Full size washer and dryer in separate laundry room. It was also nice to have the close line available on the first floor deck to hang towels. Would have liked the grill to be by the pool -- it is off the kitchen area. Overall we loved staying at Eagles Nest and would highly recommend to anyone!!
We gave top ratings to all questions, but wanted to give much higher ones - especially to the property manager and the location/view. Instead of a 5, we would like to give those double or more!! Could not be happier. This was our 3rd time at Eaglesnest and we look foreward to more return visits.
The Viva team did an outstanding job of pre-sale, pre-visit, and visit planning and logistics. The property was well represented and better than I expected (i.e. not over-sold). The materials about the area were complete and helpful. And - best of all - the value (yes even in this economy) was outstanding. Congratualtions and thank you!
We had a great time. One thing we would suggest is to replace the beach chairs as they are old and keep slipping. And the sliding door on the downstairs room needs to be replaced it keeps slipping off the runner. Other than that it was great.
We love Eaglesnest but my husband and I stayed in the bedroom by the pool this time and had a problem with mosquitos in our room. Our guests who stayed there last year had the same problem.
