A lovely, well designed property. The only improvements we could suggest are to consider replacing the mattress or adding a box spring in the master bedroom, as we chose to sleep in the guest bedroom, and get a pool test kit, as it was overly chlorinated. Still, everything is better than other villas we have stayed at on St. John.

This was our first time in St. John, and I have to say that my family enjoyed everything about Sea Stone. We loved the location and the unbelievable views from every room! We especially liked the outdoor showers, the huge open windows in every room, the private bedrooms, the outdoor living areas and pool, and we can't leave out "Iggy" and "Big Kahuna" who came to visit every day! We drove all over the island and we were very happy we chose Sea Stone. We would recommend it highly to anyone. We were also very happy with Viva Villas. Their staff was most helpful with trip planning and explained everything we needed to know to make our week perfect. Thanks to all!

My husband and I had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay at Sea Stone. Loved the double chaise and the outside living spaces! We thought that the Villa was comfortable and in a convenient location on the island. As our vacation plans come together for 2012, we would strongly consider staying at Sea Stone again. Thank you.

We had the most wonderful week of our lives at SeaStone. It was everything we expected and more! We wanted a place where we could feel at home and have a ton of privacy, but with all the amenities of a 5star hotel. It was all of that. We got married during the week we stayed and had the wonderful Chef Ted prepare our dinner right in the villa. It was just the 2 of us and it was absolutely perfect. It was all wonderful however, I was blown away by the view from the main outdoor shower. It was just spectacular. We couldn't have asked for a more incredible experience during our stay. SeaStone is one place that we will always think of as our own little paradise....Even if for only a week :)

Great place with great views. However the iguanas are a problem. They take over the deck by mid-morning and poop all over it. I had one fall from the entrance arbor above the iron gates onto my head.

The iguannas love the Maria Bluff area as the rocks offerthe warmth they need to regulate their body temperature...they are actually "protected" animals here on St. John. We definately have tried to have them trapped and relocated but as history has it, they often find their way back to the perch. THe VIVA Team!
Perfect two-couple getaway. Identical master suites, nice separation, fantastic view, awesome showers, high-quality construction and furnishings. A great place. Loved the island, the house, and the iguanas!

Would love to say it was horrible so i could stay any time i wanted without being told its booked, but that would be wrong- so fall in love like we did!

We have stayed @ 4 times now. Loved it every time. Great views and location. only issue was weather. it rain more than usual. witch brought out the bugs. can't do anything about that. Highly recommended
Our only complaint would be water pressure in the showers and alarm clocks. It was extremely time consuming to wash shampoo and soap off. Also, the alarm clocks would try to wake you by flashing a light - but didn't work at all for us. Would prefer an alarm clock with sound as opposed to light.
We had a great stay & it's a beautiful villa, except for the A/C unit in Master Bedroom was VERY LOUD & we could not sleep with it on.
