  Great place with great views. However the iguanas are a problem. They take over the deck by mid-morning and poop all over it. I had one fall from the entrance arbor above the iron gates onto my head.

The iguannas love the Maria Bluff area as the rocks offerthe warmth they need to regulate their body temperature...they are actually "protected" animals here on St. John. We definately have tried to have them trapped and relocated but as history has it, they often find their way back to the perch. THe VIVA Team!

  Perfect two-couple getaway. Identical master suites, nice separation, fantastic view, awesome showers, high-quality construction and furnishings. A great place.

  Great location and perfect for 1 to 2 couples. Great sea breeze everyday. We have rented on St. Johns on a number of occasions and would definitely consider Seastone again

  We have stayed @ 4 times now. Loved it every time. Great views and location. only issue was weather. it rain more than usual. witch brought out the bugs. can't do anything about that. Highly recommended

  Our only complaint would be water pressure in the showers and alarm clocks. It was extremely time consuming to wash shampoo and soap off. Also, the alarm clocks would try to wake you by flashing a light - but didn't work at all for us. Would prefer an alarm clock with sound as opposed to light.
