  Hot tub heater was replaced the first night...great...but was not able to be regulated so water was scalding....bad...the only negative to my entire trip...and more than likely if I had made a fuss it would have been taken care of. I have stayed at SJP before and I will be back next year, it is easy to get to town and back, the view is breathtaking, and the Cimarron people are the easiest to deal with and very responsive to your needs.

  From the first minute of our arrival at the ferry dock the experience was exceptional. The greeter was terrific. Her welcome was warm and extremely informative. We were completely comfortable with her and her tour of the villa.
