We really had no complaints at all. This villa is well designed, well built, and well outfitted. It's a very comfortable and luxurious place.
Our experience with ViVacations and our stay at Coral Oasis Villa in St. John were both wonderful. The people we dealt with at ViVacations were very helpful and efficient. Our greeter was nice,and very informative. Booking and paying for the trip went smoothly as did any paperwork needed. The villa was beautiful,clean,and comfortable. We all felt right at home immediately.Top of the line furniture and appliances as well as mid island location were big positives. The view was something from a postcard- breathtaking! The only things slightly negative were the water pump (we had to reset it on a daily basis- not hard to do but its got a problem) and the road (not much the management company can do about that)which I believe all the home owners on Mamey Peak need to address. We've already recommended this property to friends and would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful views, gorgeous high end amenities, and a couple minute drive to all of the north side beaches. A secluded, quiet retreat, just exactly what we pictured and hoped for in St. John. Perfect house, and handled expertly and professionally by Viva!

We stayed at Coral Oasis on St. John May 22-30, 2010. From making reservations through departure we had a wonderful experience with VIVA Villas and Coral Oasis. Our flight was delayed 2 hours and arrived on St. Thomas late, but our greeter, Andretti, was waiting for us at the dock. She assisted in getting our rental car even though the agency had closed and was a joy as she helped us get to the villa and get settled in. Coral Oasis was perfect for our party, which included 4 adults and two teens. The property is gorgeous, well maintained and has an amazing view across Coral Bay and beyond. The appliances and furnishings are top notch, and we so enjoyed opening all the doors in the great room, closing the screens and taking in the view. The covered deck is a great place to have breakfast and coffee. The bedrooms and baths are spacious and comfortable. The pool was a welcome place to relax in the evenings. The villa was very convenient to the North Shore beaches and Coral Bay. It was also not a bad drive into Cruz Bay. Overall we give Coral Oasis a definite 5 stars...the drive on Mamey Peak off of Centerline may be 4 stars, but it is short and even with rain we had no problems in a 4wheel drive. I honestly couldn't help but laugh each time we bumped and knocked shoulders in the explorer as we went over it!

We stayed at Coral Oasis from 4/6/10 - 4/13/10. There were 3 couples in our party who had visited St. John in the past. Every member felt this is the nicest villa we've stayed at. Extremely clean and beautiful with amazing views. Great entertainment system with satellite TV. The pool looks small from the picture but is perfect size once you see it. The waterfall is a wonderful touch. That time of year we had sun until around 5:00. Great location being only 5-10 minutes from the north shore beaches. Our greeter, Sherrolyn, was fantastic and fun.

I would highly recommend Coral Oasis to anyone. We enjoyed the home, the view, and the beautiful beaches of St. John. I had read other notes about the road/drive up to Coral Oasis. It truly is a rough ride. I am hopeful that some improvement will be made to the drive, however, that would not stop me from staying at Coral Oasis again.
We agree!!! The views from Coral Oasis are magical-right now the plantains, pineapples and orchids are all in bloom-the colors and atmosphere at Coral Oasis is superb! Hopefully, the road will be taken care of soon. Come back soon! The VIVA Team!
Beautiful view!!! Could not have asked for more. We had all the luxuries of home, but better. We loved the seperate bedrooms and then having a place to meet together was awesome. We would recommend this villa to everyone.

We had one little glitch, no wireless the whole week (the Internet cable worked). And just to make it more perfect, the house needs a full length mirror and metal utensils for the metal cookware. Those suggestions aside, this villa is lovely, well located, comfortable and fun! Love the outdoor shower, the pool is awesome, the main house perfect! We will return to Coral Oasis. We loved Jazzi, our greeter, she was wonderful!

Great house, very comfortable. Spectacular view. Only difficluty at all is the poor drive up Mamey Peak. Would gladly stay there again.
